Dozer and Hamlet are cousins, and, did I mention, they are both adorable?? Both were very excited to be at the studio and ran around playing with toys and sniffing. Hamlet was definitely a little more interested in all the doggie toys than Dozer, and Dozer was more interested in treats.
In case you couldn’t tell, Dozer is a Pitbull. He was rescued by his mom from a puppy mill, and, I have to say, he is one of the sweetest dogs I have met. I know Pitbulls tend to get a bad reputation via the small percentage of bad press that gets all over the news about people raising Pitbulls to be aggressive and then hurting others. But, in reality, they are really sweet dogs. I think it depends more on the environment and who raises them as to whether or not they will be aggressive. Anyways, Dozer was a sweetheart! He even got so tired from posing that he fell asleep. So cute!
Hamlet, on the other hand, was not as big of a fan of the camera. But, he LOVED squeaky toys! I love how when I would squeak one, his ears would pop up. It almost looked like he was preparing to take flight! Both Hamlet and Dozer were wonderful to meet and photograph. Thank you, Trishia, for bringing them in!
